Thread work with Flatlock machine and fabric softening, enzyme wash.
AG Denim Sample 1 - Jeans
Constructed and washed the fabric to incorporate lighting strike effect. The washing includes mixture of Bata, Towel, Bandhai (tie dye) and Tint scrapping spray.
Dustfade Denim for Bluorng
The Dustwash is finished with flocking — a surface process that bonds fine fibres onto the denim, giving it a soft, suede-like touch and a depth that shifts with light. The wash lives up to the name — a faded, rust-toned tint that settles unevenly across each pair, a product of the treatment process, so no two are identical.
Mossfade Denim for Bluorng
The Moss Fade carries a velvet flocking across its surface — fine fibres bonded onto the denim for a soft, plush touch and a depth that shifts as light moves over it. The colour does what the name says — a mossy green that fades in and out across the pair, deepened by an enzyme wash that breaks the surface in naturally, so it arrives already lived-in. No two pairs settle the same.
